Social Services: Compassionate Care for the

Jewish Community Services (JCS) is committed to supporting and strengthening the Jewish community. Our programs are designed specifically to assist the Jewish individuals and families facing challenges, while fostering connection, dignity and community.

JCS provides a range of social services to meet the needs of our Jewish community:

• help with rent and utilities
• help with funeral expenses
• assistance in securing medical services
• help with the costs of medication 
• help with groceries 
• kosher meals delivered to the homebound and shut-in
• grief counseling (weekly group meetings or individual short-term counseling)
• gifts of new clothing and toys for children at the holidays 
• help when clothing, coats, shoes, etc. are needed
• school supplies
