Announcing the NWI Jewish Artists’ Guild

Calling All Visual Artists and Crafters!
In 2019, Federation is establishing a Jewish Artists’ Guild for visual artists and artisans in any medium: 
  • painting,
  • drawing,
  • sculpture,
  • photography,
  • film,
  • digital art,
  • calligraphy,
  • fiber arts,
  • woodwork,
  • ceramics,
  • jewelry,
  • paper crafting,
  • beading,
  • and more!
Our initial vision for the Guild consists of a website directory of local artists (with links to each artist’s web portfolio, image gallery, and/or online shop), and a forthcoming Artist Spotlight series in the Illiana News. Future initiatives may include events such as in-house exhibitions, gallery visits, artist talks and workshops, or holiday art and craft fairs. 

Guild membership will be free of charge for Northwest Indiana residents (Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties), ages 18 and up. Participating artists should identify as Jewish, but their work need not incorporate Jewish content.
